Pilates and You was founded in 2010 in Doha, the capital of Qatar. It was the first and only fully equipped studio. In less than a year, it gained great popularity with clients from various countries, different training experiences, needs, body types, genders, and ages. Among its loyal clients were members of the Qatari Royal family. Pilates and You stood out for 4 years until the owner moved back to her homeplace, offering high-quality training with the Pilates method. In 2018, Pilates and You reopened, this time in Greece, in Piraeus, and continues to maintain the same quality standards, aiming to make a difference in the way Pilates is taught in the city.
In 2024, at Pilates and You we pioneer once again. We are the first to bring the GYROTONIC® Method to Piraeus and are the first studio in the city listed on the official GYROTONIC® website, with the owner being the first Licensed GYROTONIC® Trainer in the area. Pilates and You is a boutique studio. It was founded with the client in mind. The owner’s professional experience in the business field and customer operations determined the studio’s service focus. And the focus is on YOU.
A graduate of Deree College with a BSc in Computer Information Systems and postgraduate studies in Surrey with an MSc in Operations and Logistics Management, she began her career in the business sector of multinational companies, working in the field of Supply Chain Management, particularly in Customer Operations and e-commerce.
