At Pilates and You, we specialize in the Pilates and GYROTONIC® methods and offer private and semi-private lessons for 2 or 3 people, depending on the method.

Pilates and You is equipped with all Pilates machines, including reformers, Cadillac, combo chair, ladder barrel, and step barrel designed by Balanced Body, the world’s most popular Pilates equipment manufacturer. The machines are made in the USA, and the company creates some of the safest and most aesthetically pleasing equipment, which can accommodate all body types and sizes, as well as function with various Pilates specialties and schools. At Pilates and You, we have selected the elite machines from Balanced Body, those that have been awarded as the best worldwide for consecutive years.

Moreover, Pilates and You is the only studio in Piraeus offering private and duet lessons of the GYROTONIC® method. GYROTONIC® is taught on the authentic machines of the method, which are made in Europe and adhere to the same high standards of quality set by the method’s founder, Juliu Horvath, who remains active in the improvement and evolution of the existing designs. At Pilates and You, we host the Pulley Tower Combination Unit equipment, which provides stable support and resistance during exercise, through a unique pulley system with weights.
